#pumpkin and #kidneybeans, who would've thought they were such a good combination 😋 Especially in a moderately #spicy dry curry dish, with roasted #coconut to boot. I would've preferred this without the large cubes of ginger that when bitten into released too much unshackled gingeriness, but not gonna split hairs! 😏
