If you like #butternutsquash, you'll probably like this. It can be prepared on its own as a soup, or used as a base for variety of meals/sauces. Eating this solidified that I don't love the taste of butternut squash lol. So for me I won't be buying this soup flavor again, but it's mostly due to the personal flavor preference. It has a natural sweetness to it and is very low calorie (90 calories per serving). 3g of #protein, 4g of #fiber, and 4g of #addedsugars.
