Meaty but not enough flavor, the spicy version had good flavor due to being spicy, this has hardly no flavor. Needed more of a sausage flavor or at least some maple flavoring. I do like they are a good size for muffins. Would not buy again especially for price. This would have been okay as a ground that way you could make the patties yourself and flavor them as you like and since they're already pre-made patties they really needed more flavoring.
