Great addition ➕ to the chili 🌶️ I made for dinner 🍽️ tonight! Kidney beans 🫘 are a good 👍🏼 source of #fiber and #protein! They are also low in #fat and #sugar. Sodium 🧂 120mg in 1/2 a cup. I usually buy the no salt added but these were the only ready cooked ones available at Trader Joe’s. Cost $1.09 for 1 can.
