Ok so... I did not grow up eating #cheese and this one reminds me of how it felt when I had my first bite of mature cheese. I #ditcheddairy 5 years ago when I became #vegan and ate lots of #[vegancheese](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cdd2) since then, including some very very good ones, but none approaching the strength and taste of animal based ones... Until this. I was chocked and thought my friends made a mistake and gave me cheese instead of #[cheeze](hashtag-5f6decb95c597ba1c69dd291).
Maybe it was past it shelve time maybe it was meant to be like that... I don't know... I absolutely LOVED it.
