Review of Char Kuay Tiao at Nature Cafe by nonya
Something simple and yet so enjoyable about flat rice noodles seasoned with soya sauce and tossed in a wok over high heat…. Not the best fried kuay tiao I’ve had - more spiciness 🌶️ could have cut the sweetness down a notch + why the mock char siew instead of little chunks of tofu - but then again I’m easily satisfied when it comes to this #comfortfood described in menu as ‘an aromatic plate of goodness’. #veganised it by leaving off eggs. My first time at #naturecafe, a happy discovery thanks to #abillion. Cosy ambience and friendly service staff. Reasonable price point S$7.30 🌱
