Plain Dosai

Komala Vilas Restaurant

So good!! Served fresh warm. Crispy on the outer layer, and chewy on the inner layer underneath, with a fragrant fermented taste! Personally I prefer plain dosai as compared to the other ones with fillings. Favorite!
