Another unique win from coven. What a gem of a place. This tart had a cream cheeze-type base to it and it truly was divine. I can still taste it now and it is what made the tart shine. Coven????? So happy to hear this!  They really bake the best things don’t they? AND they open their new location January in Kitchener which means only means trouble for me haha!
