Soya Milk Unsweetened by Alpro — helgabarnyard's Review (Dec 1, 2022)

I have always struggled to make a good vegan white sauce/bechamel. Not anymore! Alpro Unsweetened soya milk is creamy and mild and worked better than other milks I have tried. I added mustard powder and nutritional yeast to make a cheese sauce. Great with a bowl of macaroni.
