I wished it crisped better. Next time I’ll bake it in the oven (this time I used a pan) maybe that way it’ll be better. But nonetheless the schnitzels are very tasty but you definitely wouldn’t mistaken them for meat. Great for a quick meal.

Try air frying them if you have an air fryer, they crisp up really nice.
