VEGAN

Lotus Biscoff

It’s no exaggeration to say I eat this morning, noon and night at the moment - could this be a phase? 🤔 I had no idea this was vegan until I saw people on here reviewing it - praise abillion! 🙌 Both the crunchy and smooth version of this spread are equally as amazing, but personal preference for me is smooth I think 👍
*Update: just had this on toast with flaxseed sprinkled on top - it is not a phase 😁

peter-plant-power Yes, true. It's addictive due to its particular salty/sugary proportion, in combination with the spices used. It uses the typically Belgian "speculoos" cookie as a base, marketed elsewhere under the "biscoff" label. Not the kind of spread to use if you're on a health quest or want to shed some weight. It's vegan, yes, if we can trust the statement that the palm oil used is truly "from certified and sustainable sources". 🤔 In the food industry, we trust, don't we? 😉 Thank you for reviewing.1 likeReply
