For a coffee shop chain this is a good foray into the vegan breakfast, teaming up with a great vegan producer is a solid move. As much a review of This Isn’t Pork Sausages, which are amazing, as the actual dish - a great option for a vegan on the move who is short of time. Go for something local and sustainable if you can, but if you don’t have the time this is a solid option.
