These #soy-based grounds are easy to prepare--I just cooked them in a cast iron skillet on the stove-top and added them to a bowl of chili. The taste is pretty bland, so they need to be generously seasoned. That's not necessarily a terrible thing because you should be seasoning your food anyway, but they don't really have a noticeable taste of their own.
Really versatile product that can be used in so many ways! A 60 calorie serving has 9g #protein, 3g #fiber, and a medley of vitamins. Clearly labeled vegan on the #packaging.
