The flavors in this mole were perfect. Individual spices were detected yet it all blended into one, with such deliciousness. Besides the taste, the presentation was spectacular. La Pitahaya is known for their pink tortillas and they are used especially well here, contrasting with the dark mole and light toppings. The ambiance of the restaurant with its indoor outdoor setting, nice lighting, cleanliness and friendly, attentive wait staff made our experience delightful. It has a bit of a European cafe atmosphere mixed with iconic Mexican decor. We also ordered an array of tacos which were fun and creative. Loved this vegan spot in CDMX!
