This stuff is magical. I’m not sure that anyone would be able to tell which pub cheddar is real in a side-by-side comparison. The dark ale notes along with the tart spices and umami hold up so well against a seedy multigrain, cracker. This one is a winner, and I really wish I could replicate it.
