Field roast makes good vegan products, however the fat and sodium content is pretty terrible. The mac and cheese is very creamy, gooey, super yummy, like a comfort food should be. Unfortunately for only 11 oz package to have 1,440 mg of sodium, and 17 g of fat is off putting. This is something I would only eat occasionally and in a pinch for health reasons. Would love if some of the vegan companies would also be more health conscious the non vegan companies it would be a real bonus.
