Usually we make homemade mushroom gravy but for a quick and convenient gravy I definitely recommend all vegan products I've tried from both Mayacamas and Road's End. We used the Savory Herb Gravy recently for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic! Excellent flavor and consistency!
