Wicked kitchen do the best vegan treats, which are woefully thin on the ground in mainstream supermarkets. These Christmas inspired cupcakes have a subtle gingerbread taste & delicious vanilla frosting. Personally I would have liked a stronger ginger hit & a bit less frosting but I spread some of the excess frosting on a couple of accidentally vegan ginger biscuits to extend the joy! 😂 the sponge is lovely & moist, highly recommended. The lemon ones are also yum 😋
