So I hadn't seen that this was a barista version of their #soymilk đŸ„ș I am not really a fan of milk coffee so I didn't really know how to deal with this. I put this directly into my filtered coffee and it threatened to curdle; I also used it with rendang to make a spicy pasta sauce (see my foregoing reviews for what a messy failure that was â˜č) Boo #ditchdairy đŸ’Ș

 personally, I use this one in cooking too as i found it to have a funky aftertaste when drunk directly đŸ„ž
