The filling was made with seitan … and it also had veggies of course, but I was truly surprised by the texture and taste of the seitan

I just had an incredible -unplanned- dinner. We literally came to this place because we didn’t make a reservation in the initial restaurant we wanted to go and BOY OH BOY I was happy we got here! 

The place is superb and these baos were… mouthwatering is not enough to describe them, but I guess you get the idea.
