I was pleasantly surprised with this! The first ingredient is tofu so I thought it might have a chalky texture or something, but it's actually nice and smooth. It has a nice sharp flavor that tastes just like I remember Caesar dressing to taste like! Two thumbs up! đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
