Review of Japanese kunbu broth with hand carved tofu at Joie by csquaree

Love how the tofu is carved into such a delicate flower-looking food. The kombu soup was flavourful. There’s some strands of chewy vermicelli like strips inside too. Tofu isn’t too soft which is great.
