A pleasant kombu broth with a hand carved tofu. It is not as thick or

as flavorful as the other soups but still pretty good. Nice if you are looking for something light. #abillionlove

This looked super cool - idk how they did it but the tofu bit was

sliced so finely but was still connected at the base. Good flavours of kombu in here. #veganuary

Look at the tofu!!! Beautifully cut and jiggles like an underwater plant. Unfortunately the taste

wasn't as impressive... Just average. #veganuary

Love how the tofu is carved into such a delicate flower-looking food. The kombu soup

was flavourful. There’s some strands of chewy vermicelli like strips inside too. Tofu isn’t too soft which is great.

Dish can taste a bit stronger. As a person who likes to have something to

chew in soup, it could use more ingredients inside.

So good! I’m glad i picked the best soup for myself!

Double-boiled Jap seaweed soup though light in texture, but tastes slightly too umami for me.

$38.80++ (soup dish of the 6-course lunch menu)

Not much to say about the soup except that the sight of the skillfully-carved tofu

gently waving in the soup like a marine flora is something to be marveled..

Wow the tofu in this dish is amazing. My boyfriend had this and I tried

some, it's very seaweed flavoured so really not my thing at all but he enjoyed it. The tofu was good for me without too much of the broth 😋
