Menudo at Viva Vegan — mew's Review (Nov 21, 2022)

100% vegan menudo/pazole and I can't believe it's that time of year already! I never really liked this stuff as a non-vegan anyway (tripe is literally a cows stomach lining 🤢), but seeing and smelling it always made me feel very festive~ Now I'm glad I can smell it without feeling like I'm inhaling a dead body, and even more stoked about tasting it cuz it's freaking amazing! Lol a little oily, but I watered it down a bit to get more broth, and it didn't take away from the flavor at all~🎄
