VEGAN BREAKFAST IN STELLIES

With vegan eateries in CT not being great for an early-morning weekend breakfast, it makes sense to take a rustige drive out to Stellies.
Juvenate is open on Sat & Sun at 8am and trades until 4pm and 2pm on weekends.
Their vegan menu is EXTENSIVE (for both sweet and savoury), and Bae and I ordered the new Tofu Benedict (mine with tempeh, Bae;’s with oyster mushrooms).
For R98, it was a little on the pricey side, but it was utterly moreish. REALLY REALLY delicious!
Due to the outdoor pavement dining setup, the vibe is PERFECT for the weekend. It has become one of my absolute favourites.
