L'ho preso per avere un elemento proteico da aggiungere ad un pasto, quando ho poco tempo per cucinare. Preferisco preparare l'hummus da me, ma questo è stato acquistato solo per le emergenze. Non è male sia per gusto che per consistenza. L'ho trovato in offerta al Conad.
