This mee fen is those type that would hold its shape & not become soggy after cooking for too long. It is harder in texture but I preferred the softer type.

I like the white one than the dark mee fen which the latter has dark soya sauce added to it. No sauce=No additives, No artificial colorings, No preservatives. A healthy choice for customers.

I have added curry gravy to the mee fen. Curry and mee fen always taste so good !

I am always thankful when there is vegetarian food in a food court. That one stall is already a savior to hungry vegans!
