Good things first always, such generous portion of cauliflower ’steak’ which is just a roasted version and not something made into a patty or something as one could guess with its’ name. Perfectly roasted and flavoured with sweet potato mash, roasted pumpkin seeds (again) topped with chimichurri sauce and more flavours n herbs. Way too big and this could also be sufficient for two. Great taste overall and totally loved the flavour.
The only concern is that it’s slightly expensive, costs $24 for this dish. This does taste great but I feel it’s a bit too much to pay $24 for it. May not be a try-again dish but definitely a try-at-least-once dish for sure!
