Medallones de soja y porotos

No tienen sabor a nada y se deshacen al tacto prácticamente. Textura arenosa. Pero tienen bastante proteína y son económicas. Se podrían camuflar con algún acompañamiento rico, pero solas o en Hamburguesa no las recomiendo
