Dark Cherry Coconut Pancakes at The Vault — Mary's Review (Nov 17, 2022)

So so SO delicious!! It was a sunny crystalline wintery day and (not even hungry) we went in for a coffee. I couldn’t resist this Vegan brunch special. The pancakes were hot and the absolute best. (sorry to have forgotten to take a pic before eating most of it!)

The Vault always – Always! – has something vegan to eat. The ambiance is quite fun…. The staff fantastic!
