Kimchi (V) at Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co. — nonya's Review (Nov 15, 2022)

Tbh I was expecting a one-dimensional pizza dominated by kimchi but happily surprised to discover a complexity of flavours with vegan mozzarella, gochujang sauce, toasted white sesame seeds and loads of yummy mushrooms, all blending so well with vegan kimchi. Delicious! Couldn’t quite discern roasted seaweed as described in the menu but that’s ok, tasty enough as is. The pizza base lived up to expectations with the fragrance and fluffiness of freshly-baked sourdough bread with randomly-burnt bits. Well worth S$24.50.
