Review of Barley and Mushroom Burger at Real Food by muffinpuff

A really yummy dish! Barley and mushroom burger with sides of potato wedges (sweet potato and potato) and batter-dipped fried cauliflower. The patty made of barley, potatoes, mushrooms, onions and corn is moist and well-cooked. Great pairing with grilled pineapple, tomatoes, vegan cheese and fresh greens. The cauliflower was surprisingly well-seasoned with hints of spice and fresh light cauliflower beneath the batter. The potato wedges were hearty and lightly salted as well. A little messy as you eat but so tasty with every bite.
