I great freezer item. I used it to make tacos and literally defrosted it, warmed it in a pan and voila! It’s already marinated in a BBQ sauce so didn’t have to add anything. More expensive than buying a tin of jackfruit and preparing it but I guess you’re also paying for the convenience.
