This tasty plant-based bulgogi packs more flavor and has a chewy texture your omnivore friends may mistake for an animal-based product (without the cruelty). It's great with rice but today I added it to a salad of mixed baby greens with an orange miso dressing. Yum!
Though it's hard to find in the freezer section, staff of my local TJ's said that's because it sells really quickly. The package includes 3 generous (to me) servings and directions for oven, stovetop, air fryer, and microwave prep. The only downside is that it's frozen and the short strips clump together, so it required some extra attention in the air fryer to peel off only what I wanted.
Definitely recommend and will purchase again!
