Review of Greek style vegan block - Verdino by valibabali
I am not very happy with this vegan cheese. Tastewise it was Ok-ish, it did remind me of Greek cheese but it was very bland, there was no tanginess to it. The texture really put me off, it reminded me of tofu-very spongy. Also, the ingredients are not the best. Overall, it wasn't what I expected it to be and I am not going to buy this product again. It wasn't' awful but there are so much better alternatives out there with cleaner ingredients.

valibabali Do you me a what brand vegan cheese I prefer?
My favourite is Leya's cultured life, it's a Bulgarian brand. My second favourite is Delishu - the classic one but it's more like a cream cheese texture. Leya is more like cottage cheese. 1 likeReply

valibabali I hope they start selling it there soon,it's the best one in my opinion texture and taste. Also, clean ingredients. The Violife isn't very clean. 1 likeReply
