Review of no beef bourguignon with mash - plant living by laurensplate
I saw this on sale at Waitrose so decided to give it a try! It’s so delicious, comforting, and satisfying. The sauce is super flavorful, the cabbage tastes fresh and crisp, and the ‘beef’ pieces are not mushy or chewy. I’ll definitely purchase this again in the future for an easy and healthful meal!
Preparation: I don’t have a microwave, so I warmed it up on the stove with a splash of water. (Side note - I also added some pea protein crisps to up the protein content).
