
Gosh, I’m so behind on reviews so I’ll just push this one out before bed 😴 My friend took me out for a belated #birthday dinner tonight; #Mexican food followed by an amazing array of cocktails! 🌮 None of us expected the #poblano to be stuffed but in hindsight, the menu mentioning that it’s breaded is a pretty solid tell 🥱 The #chilli was stuffed with #cactus 🌵, roasted corn 🌽, hominy, & cauliflower all in a tomatillo salsa topped over a generous pour of mole blanco and a sprinkle of pomegranate 🌶️ For it to have been stuffed in a literal pepper, I think it was just short on the #spicy 🥵 If it ain’t giving me whiplash from the fires, I don’t want it 😤😤 It is really good though! The breading perfect & their #salsa.. ugh.. somebody stop me I gotta sleep 💦 At S$28 for this portion though, I’m glad it wasn’t on my tab 🥲
