Solid protein bar. I like the mint and chocolate flavors together, but I know the combo isnt for everyone. I also enjoy the texture because it's got crunch instead of being chalky. 20g protein and 3g fiber are great to see. 280 calories is a little high but it is high in protein as well. 17g added sugar is rough though:/
I don't buy it for this reason, but it is #[glutenfree](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cefd). Also be aware that there is palm oil in here.
