Right.. why as a #lazyvegan have I not come around to making a #rawlasagna yet? Stacked upon layers of #zucchini sheets, it’s really the “sauce” that makes such a dish. The layers compose of some of the crispiest dehydrated cherry tomatoes ever 🍅, spinach 🥬, shiitake #mushrooms 🍄 & a #mince of walnuts and come slathered in #pesto and #cashewcheese cream all over 😋 I’ve heard mixed reviews of this #lasagna, mostly complaints over it being cold.. 🥶 but really if you take it for a #salad or if you open your mind to the true lazy vegan cuisine of food straight out the fridge 😙 Yeah, this is some awesome stuff! So much to replicate from this place 😋 I had truly an inspirational #birthday dinner!
