Thanks a lot to danone for making these. They are a yoghurt drink with a mix of almond and oat milks I believe, not too sugary. Tolerably good to digest and filled with the same life-giving probiotics as the dairy drinks contain. They’re fantastic but do seem to cause my digestion a little bit of concern sometimes. I have to take these every now and again for medical reasons. Could do with a plastic alternative too, but is recyclable.
