I really like the texture of this bar. Some bars are super gummy, but this one is more like a rice crispy treat. Love the lemon flavor, I associate it with being light and fresh. Nutritionally it's ok: 8g protein, 3g fiber, 9g added sugar, 190 calories. It's nice as a snack if I want something sweet with a little protein.
