Pleasantly surprised that the broth for steaming the tofu was salty-sour from the tomatoes and the kiam chye. Tasty.

But why did they have to chop the tofu up into small cubes? Looks cheap, for something that's rather pricey. Just steam it in one piece, like how it's shown in the menu.

And ice water is sold by the glass and not refillable. Made me feel like I was nickeled and dimed. Boo. 👎
