This smoked salmon is delicious for lox bagels! It does look like smoked salmon. The texture is not so much like smoked salmon and the flavor is not as strong, but with a few capers and vegan cream cheese, onions and tomatoes, you can’t even tell the difference! Yummy for breakfast.
