Sorry but 🤢… super thick but not in a Greek yogurt way, more like a stick of butter. Coconut oil is overwhelming. I welcome you to comment your fav sour cream or recipe… my husband is not vegan & this is the only food product that he ever gave me a hard time about. I’ve tried multiple brands & no good. I wouldn’t even put this out for him because I would have to call a whambulance for him 😹

Oh man I’m sorry! I never liked sour cream but had to find a replacement for my bf. The only one he liked is Tofutti. That one is super thick too but I mix in a little soy milk and we’re good to go. We’ve never had it but I’ve heard the Simple Truth brand makes a good one. That’s the Kroger/Ralph’s/Fred Meyer/Smith’s etc brand. Good luck ♥️
