I like this better than Daiya. I rarely eat vegan cheese. Begging vegan, I don’t normally crave cheese….. but when I’m looking for unit, this brand hits the spot. This is JUST eggs scramble with Vevan mozzarella on a GF vegan tortilla with tomatillo sauce. It’s amazing. Yum!
