It's always such a pleasure to find typical Christmas products that are vegan (and a huge disgrace that other of the same type contain strout, when olive oil is so much better on every respect!!). So crumbly and yet moist, it just tastes like it came from another epoch, in a good sense - I like really loved it:) not giving it 5 star taste because the sesame seeds on top are over-toasted and make the first bite taste kinda burn.
