Fry's Family Food

Fry's was started in the Fry family's home kitchen over 30-years when Wally & Debbie Fry started experimenting with how to make nutritious vegan 'meat' to feed their family of vegetarians. At the time there were very few people who understood why (back then plant-based living was very niche). Fast forward three decades and Fry's is a fully fledged second generation business with a global footprint and over 40 delicious, non-GM plant-based 'meat' products.

The meatballs are made with plant-based ingredients that have a texture similar to meat. They are flavorful and have a mix of herbs and spices. Customers who have tried them have reported satisfaction with their taste. These meatballs are suitable for dishes like spaghetti and meatballs or any other dish that you can think of.

I really love the taste of this product - i love using it as is with spaghetti or minced up.  Great taste - quick cooking time, versatile and easy to use.  Baie lekker 💗
