This was easy to prepare and is a nice option to make things like philly cheesesteak and fajitas. The taste was fine on its own but we added a bit of seasoning salt for our Philly cheese steak. The texture is a bit mushy/chewy at the same time but when the food was all assembled it wasn't as noticeable. It is high in protein and lower in fat than some other beyond products The package of steak was somewhat expensive so we probably won't get it very often, but it's nice for a quick easy meal from time to time and definitely worth trying!
