🇬🇧 Here we go with the most (in)famous vegan food, which 90% of non-vegan people think we live on (along with avocado) while we’re not hugging trees and staring at the sunset.
I buy tofu from several brands, exception made from a couple of them I honestly have no preference it usually depends on where I’m going grocery and if I find some nice sale.
This is an extra-firm, I like it, don’t need to be squeezed so much, if sliced stays strong but it also crumble very easy if press it.

🇮🇹 Eccolo, è lui, il tofu, il re vegano, quello che il 90% della gente pensa ci mangiamo dalla mattina alla sera (insieme all’avocado), con piccole pause in cui abbracciamo gli alberi e guardiamo il tramonto.
Non ho una marca preferita, forse un paio le apprezzo maggiormente ma di base se mi serve lo prendo in base a dove sono a fare la spesa, o se trovo qualche buona offerta.
Questo è di tipologia extra-firm, rilascia poca acqua, ha una buona tenuta se affettato ma si sfalda facilmente se schiacciato anche con le dita.
Direi sempre un ottimo compromesso tra qualità e prezzo.
