This is a vegan version of chorizo made from seitan. I had never had seitan so I was a little hesitant to try it, but I really enjoyed these!! They had good flavor and I also liked the texture. They tasted really good with pasta and also we used in an Asian-style rice with veggies. To me it was better than expected.
Like I've said in my previous reviews, this brand offers a wide variety of vegan products, most of them really really good, so yeah is a very vegan-friendly company.
The package was better this time. Not suepr informative but at least the basic information and more attractive then the other products I had tried from them. We had it delivered to our house and it was like $6 and it had 5 chorizos, would buy again.
